How do I book?

You can book via our website by clicking Book Now. You can also contact our customer service directly by calling 786-303-1150 or by emailing us at info@primptbeauty.com

How do I pay?

After booking via website site, you will receive a phone call from one of our beauty advisers which will assign you a beauty professional tailored to your needs. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged and the remaining balance will be paid to the artist the day of your service (cash or credit card)

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Makeup: We suggest washing your face and using moisturizer that suites your skin type. 


Hair: For a blow dry, hair should be damped and washed about15 minutes before hairstylist arrives.  For updos, dry hair is best when stylist arrives and washed the day before. 

Who are the beauty professionals coming to me?

Our entire staff is composed of seasoned professionals with multiple years of experience under their belt in every aspect of the beauty industry. Each vetted and hand picked to make sure the MGS name lives up to its reputation. 

Can I request the same makeup artist or hairstylist for future appointments?

Yes, you can call or email us to request a beauty professional. If for some reason the stylist/artist is not available we can book you with another beauty professionals. They are all talented and awesome. 

What if I’m running late?

If you’re running late, don’t worry. We allow a 15 minute grace period for you to arrive. If you are running late, please contact the artist directly or call (786) 303-1150 so we can contact your beauty professional ASAP. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we charge the full amount for your appointment as a no-show fee. In some cases, if your stylist is able to accommodate your late arrival, we charge an added fee ranging from $25-$50 depending on how late you arrive. 

What is your cancellation policy?

The 25% deposit charged at time of purchase is non- refundable. 

What if valet parking is the only option where I’m staying?

Miami Glam Squad Beauty Professionals will do their best to find free parking. If they are unable to, they reserve the right to charge you for valet parking, and will charge the fee to your room.

Am I required to leave a tip?

Gratuity IS NOT included in the rates. We recommend 18-20%.Cash tip to your hair stylist or makeup artist, it is always welcome. 

If I am outside the primary service area, will there be a travel fee??

 We do charge a travel fee starting at $1 a mile for a request that falls outside of our primary delivery zip codes. We will always inform you of the final travel fee upon confirming your appointment.
